At Breeders Direct, we stand behind the quality of our genetics and are committed to supporting responsible home cultivation in regions where it is legally permitted. We guarantee a 90% germination rate on all seeds purchased through our website.

Germination Guarantee Terms

To ensure transparency and fairness, we offer a credit for seeds that do not meet our germination guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

1. Germination Window

Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate germination. Germination issues raised after this period will unfortunately not qualify for a credit.

2. Documentation Requirement

To be eligible for a credit, customers must provide clear photo and/or video documentation of their germination process. This documentation should include:

• Visible seed packaging or labeling
• Step-by-step visual evidence of the germination attempt
• Date stamps where possible

This helps us assess the issue accurately and maintain high quality standards.

3. Submitting a Claim

If you experience a germination issue, please email our support team at [email protected] with the following:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photo/video documentation

Our team will review your submission and, if it qualifies under our policy, issue a credit equivalent to the number of failed seeds exceeding the 10% allowance.

Please Note

• This policy only applies to customers in regions where home cultivation is legally permitted.
• Germination credits are provided in the form of store credit and not as cash refunds.
• Improper storage or user error may void the guarantee.
